A short note about the business, a rough diagram, and screenshots or a config export with the passwords and keys removed. The exact list for each platform is on the what you'll send page, so you can check it before you buy. Never send passwords, keys, or a UniFi backup file.
I tell you within 2 days of getting your files. You can upgrade and pay the difference, or get a full refund.

The fine print
This is advisory work. You get a written review and one round of follow-up questions within 14 days of delivery. The review is based only on the files you send. I don't verify them against your live network, so anything not visible in those files is outside the review. I don't access your network and I don't make changes. You decide what to apply and you apply it, after backing up your config, ideally in a maintenance window. I'm not responsible for changes you make or for outages on your network, and my total liability for this engagement is limited to the fee you paid. There is no ongoing support after the follow-up window closes. Refunds: if your network is bigger than the tier you bought, or I can't review your gear, you get a full refund within 2 days of sending your files. After the report is delivered, there are no refunds. With your permission only, I may publish an anonymized version of a finding (no names, no locations, nothing identifying). Saying no changes nothing about your review.
